Not high enough, needs to be at least 400 million just for the absurdity of claiming more deaths than the existing population. Not that modern audiences are smart enough to notice, or that "noticing" is even allowed any more.

Didn't Biden himself claim that 300 million Americans had been killed by something? Might have been Covid or gun violence or global warming, but it was some ridiculous number.
