He’s the ringer they will need to have an illustrious surgical career while the other 12 duds fade into obscurity/ hospital administration.
the crazy part about all of this is that in these classes, if you do make it in as a white or asian male, you're practically guaranteed to have a ridiculously successful life.
after all, no one in your class is even remotely as qualified. where a normal class would have tons of others who are at your level who you'd have to compete against, they were now discriminated against and excluded. disparities are so huge that class ranks are solidified before the first session even started.
the dumbest white/asian male in those classes is objectively and definitionally smarter than literally everyone else in the class, courtesy of how affirmative action works. even crazier, the white/asian male in those classes is often even smarter than the professor, because the professors are often hired on affirmative action too.
You are not wrong. I just want to point out how much work sucks when you are the smartest guy in the room. You try to help and you are toxic, you sit back and watch the foolishness and you are not a team player and an incell.
it's why so many leave to start our own businesses. skip the bullshit entirely.
They'll then use the average grades of White/Asian males to prove that the entire system is somehow biased against non-White/Asian males.
