Even agreeing with a leftist could do that, just disagreeing with the necessity of violent revolution. Eduard Bernstein was a Marxist who said: hey, maybe we don't need a violent revolution overthrowing the old order, a communist society can be achieved through gradual change. This was called revisionism and it became the ideology of social democrats.
Obviously, this is just a slur.
So basically, anyone who disagrees with them even slighty is a nazi who wants to kill all black people, and should die?
They never cared about black people, or about Jews for that matter. I'm not intimately familiar with late Weimar squabbles, but as far as I know, the communists main attack on the Nazis had nothing to do with being anti-Semitic. They just bring that up because it's a sore spot at this particular moment. They'll bring up something else when that is to their benefit.
Don't mistake the low IQ leftism of today for the more sophisticated and intelligent version of the past. What these have learned from the past is only to call everyone names until they submit.

Libertarians are definitely fascists, but I'm not sure about people who don't have a political opinion.
