Which if their system is anything like VAERS, means that it's already massively undercounted, from anywhere between 10x-100x. Given that one of the Veritas leaks suggested that a major factor in underreporting to VAERS was the burdensome bureaucracy of filing a report (half an hour in the day of a busy clinician), and also that Japan is the very home of burdensome bureaucracy, I'm prepared to believe that similar underreporting is going on.

Normies are shielded from the real number of deaths by 2-3 layers of implausible deniability. 1 death is a number you clutch to heart if you're fully paid up to all things Safe and Effective. Start to mistrust things a bit, and 50 is a number that prevents you from having to consider 2000. 2000 is a number which saves you from the level of mistrust you really should be feeling, which leads to realms of 200k and more.
