Same, I am surprised WiiU has their store still up. The woes of a digital store. Sony kinda backpaddled with the PS3 but no one knows for how long. Wii channel closed not too long ago iirc, I wonder when the WiiU will follow. Still a great emulation machine if you enjoy that btw. Plays all the Wii games, too if you got a Wii mote.
I really want to play the Castlevania Wii game.
Never played that one before, which of them? There's two it seems. I mostly played the normie stuff like Mario and Metroid and if you jailbreak your Wii U you can just easily install them.
Wii U actually had the DS games on it. Castlevania Judgement came out on disc, and I have it. The WiiWare Castlevania Adventure Remake is the one I haven't played.
I've not really played much Castlevania, mostly the old ones and SOTN. Should probably check some more of them out.
The GameBoy Advance ones are excellent, as are the DS ones. There's a ton to play. Remaking the original Castlevania is a niche unto itself.
The AI thing has started to remind me of the self-driving car push about 8 years ago. Everyone was convinced that in 15 years they'd be in production, and every SV company had a bunch of VC money to make it a reality. Where are they all now? Does anyone believe they will see a self-driving car that can take their drunken ass home from the bar this decade?
AI so far has perpetually been in this limbo state where 80% of the time it works good and the other 20% of the time it fails in completely unpredictable ways. But the thing about good engineering is that people (especially regulators) tend to like it when things fail in predictable ways.
Say what? Did McD buy TikTok while no one was watching?
The opposite. It defeats the food myths we have been telling for a long time. Fast Food was disdained because it was poor and lower class food, and the upper class looked for every reason to prove how much better they were. The same goes for grocery stores. The food in the produce aisles and others are just as good as the ones in the expensive places. So, the rich and upper class bought expensive and worthless food to prove their richness.
Nah, I meant if McD intervened because he showed that it's no problem only eating half of their shit without dying of starvation.
Also McD has stopped being lower class food (at least in price) a while ago.
Oh, I see.
Perception and reality tend to take a while for the two to meet. Most rich upperclass types still say the same about McDonalds. They want to prove their greatness more than deal with reality, and live in the bubble they created to do that.
