I'm not sure a Jewish comedian is at good at acquiring coin as an accountant. But I wouldn't find it "offensive", I'd just find it funny.

Maybe something about how it's Jewish people in power vs. the little guy and it's more about the type of people attracted to power than the ethnicity. I don't know, maybe you were making a different point that came across wrong.

My main objection to people only attacking "Jews in power" is not that they attack Jews, though I'm not a fan of attacking ethnic groups either, it's that they let off the hook A LOT OF very nefarious people simply because they are not Jewish.
