For starters, it sounds like he's talking about creating new cities, not enslaving existing ones. Also, if done well, could be pretty great. If he can actually deliver on giving more access to buying a house, that would be pretty great...if it doesn't ruin wherever they end up being. Also reinvigorating American industry which, when you think about it, is about the opposite of what the WEF wants.
