Girls of that age are testing their newly acquired power over boys. It was ever thus. Girls used to be content to break hearts; now, it seems, they want to destroy a boy’s entire existence. There appears to be no remorse when the consequences of their accusations become clear. Quite the opposite.

Not my words, the words of a British men's activist on how every generation of girls is more vitriolic towards male peers than the last. This pertains specifically to fake sex allegations against boys of the same age, but it's not hard to extrapolate they'd be willing to do it to anyone.

So, the idea that she wants to be a hooker because she likes the idea of exploiting broken lonely men and blackmailing them by hiding her age until after is probably not far from the truth.
