More like sometimes when two brick walls are smashing into each other, the best course of action is to not even start.
Great. Show me one reference to a state named Ukraine in the Middle Ages.
Today I learned the Keivan Rus and the Principality of Kiev arent real. But then, I bet you think they belonged to Russia, even though modern Russia is descended from Novgorod. Hell, if anyone has the right to "take back" Ukraine, it's the Poles (since they conquered it as the Commonwealth).
Not a single word out of you about 9/11, or any other terrorism targeting Americans in the future. You have forfeited that right.
And I dont want any more words from smug Europeans when we handle things the American way. But then I have constantly seen you complaining about the American way, so I guess not much would change in that regard.
LOL! So your 'victory scenario' is the exact compromise Bennett brokered and that Ukraine's masters rejected, except one year of extra destruction for Ukraine?
Oh no no, you misunderstand. That is just the concession of "If there is well and truly no way forward and both sides settle for peace." I think Ukraine should push until they have it all back, including Crimea. And at least from what I have seen, Ukraine is also willing to push that. Tic-Tock, the tanks are arriving. And all Russia has to show for it is their latest ICBM failing to launch. It's the end of the 24th Vladdy boi. Where is my world-changing shock?
EDIT: It completely slipped by me on the first read. Of fucking course it was the Polish tanks that showed up first. The only thing that would be less of a shock is if there were some suspiciously Polish-looking "Ukrainians" operating those tanks. With a sadistic smile on their face of course.
You sound like you've never had a second of hardship in your life.
And I have found that those who think they know other's lives are usually the ones who have been pampered. Because those who have lived hard lives dont feel the need to foist it on others.
If you truly must know: I was relentlessly bullied to physical illness during my elementary school years (the illness coming from a powerful "mind over matter" response as I was told the only way to not go to school was "if you are sick"). After this, I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, which involved speech therapy and having to be retaught things like sarcasm, jokes, and "being less serious" in general. And as for today, I work blue collar in manufacturing, since it turns out that having a mind that hyper-focuses on details is useful for that line of work. Nothing as bad there, but I do still come home with cuts and bruises most days because metal is sharp.
But I guess I have just never had any hardship. Its not out of both a morbid curiosity with warfare (since especially Industrial-era war became my autistic obsession), and a fact that I just want to see Russians pay for the bullshit they have been pulling for years. My only regret is that it is the mobniks suffering instead of Putin and his flunkies.
More like sometimes when two brick walls are smashing into each other, the best course of action is to not even start.
But I like it. Nearly everyone here supports Russia, and that is very boring. And most of you guys are being good sports about it (Supremo excepted, but he is excused given his situation), so that's quite cool.
Today I learned the Keivan Rus and the Principality of Kiev arent real.
Rus you said?(And yes, I know that's a Viking term.) Kievan, you said? This obviously has nothing to do with 'Ukraine'. Hell, you cannot even establish linguistic continuity. Perhaps they spoke Old Church Slavonic, but to call that 'Ukraine' is as absurd as calling 'Ukraine' Germany because people lived there whose language later evolved into German.
I bet you think they belonged to Russia, even though modern Russia is descended from Novgorod.
I think you meant Muscovy. Novgorod was taken by Muscovy in 1478 and completely destroyed. That said, if only a direct line of descent is sufficient, that petty state you call Ukraine certainly has no direct line of descent from Kievan RUS.
And I dont want any more words from smug Europeans when we handle things the American way. But then I have constantly seen you complaining about the American way, so I guess not much would change in that regard.
If terrorism, sabotage and unprovoked acts of war are "the American Way", then perhaps the rest of the world needs to team up against this rogue and terrorist state.
I think Ukraine should push until they have it all back, including Crimea.
Stunning and brave, a comfortable Murcan advocating for sending Ukrainian conscripts to their deaths. Doesn't the US give people medals for such bravery?
And I have found that those who think they know other's lives are usually the ones who have been pampered. Because those who have lived hard lives dont feel the need to foist it on others.
Nor am I. I'm just noticing that you have had a very easy life, which is why you go around advocating for destroying other countries, as your country did in Libya, Syria, Iraq, and countless other places.

Very interesting. Yes, not being serious is a great gift.
And as for today, I work blue collar in manufacturing, since it turns out that having a mind that hyper-focuses on details is useful for that line of work.
This is quite surprising. Because you don't sound blue collar to me. Advocating for corrupt, petty puppet shitholes is more of a white collar preoccupation. But I guess that since your motivation is jingoism and blind nationalism, it does make some little bit of sense.
and a fact that I just want to see Russians pay for the bullshit they have been pulling for years
I mean, you pulled out stuff from the 19th century, the supposed misdeeds of people who are long dead. It's like black identitarians who want white people punished for things that happened long ago. But I'm game. Let's hold the US accountable for all the things in history. NO, NO, NO, only others should pay for bullshit they pulled in the past. My past should be wiped clean every 5 minutes!
My only regret is that it is the mobniks suffering instead of Putin and his flunkies.
You don't even know why you hate Putin. You were told to hate him, and you obeyed.
But I like it. Nearly everyone here supports Russia, and that is very boring. And most of you guys are being good sports about it (Supremo excepted, but he is excused given his situation), so that's quite cool.
Debates are fun. When it is a brick wall that will never change their mind smashing against a brick wall that will never change their mind, it is just wasted effort. Which is why I dont bother most of the time when it comes to this topic. I just kick back and watch the undeniable video evidence roll in. Give it more time, and I guess we will see who is right.
Which is why this will be my final word, before I go back to largely ignoring the topic on this board.

Their marching seems quite willing. I am just giving them a bigger gun for it.
Very interesting. Yes, not being serious is a great gift.
You clearly dont know anyone with Aspergers or Autism, do you? The "being less serious" I had to be taught was not "Lol, not caring and never meaning what I say." It was "When I say 'I am so hungry I could eat a whole cow', it doesnt mean I am literally going to eat a whole cow." Because until I was taught sarcasm (which had to be done the same way you teach someone a second language), I thought that such hyperbolics phrases were to be taken literally, and would chastise people for not living up to their hyperbolic actions. Because that tend to be a side effect of your brain being wired to think in pictures instead of words. Hence the skill in manufacturing.
This is quite surprising. Because you don't sound blue collar to me. Advocating for corrupt, petty puppet shitholes is more of a white collar preoccupation.
The hell kind of blue/white collar workers do you know. Because from my experience, it is the white collar workers pushing things like Globohomo, saying "Cant we all just get along?", "Guns are so barbaric", etc.
Its us guys in the shop that are spending our breaks watching combat footage, nerding out over their gear, and using the blast furnace and the foundry as yardsticks for "Just how hot does it have to get to start melting that tank?"
My face IRL
