Why not just release it all online to everyone? 4chan will have a dynamically searchable hyperlinked and annotated timeline of video clips ready within 18 hours.
Tucker's people have to actually view the video at the Capitol, they didn't just hand over the tapes.
Presumably there's some legal reason or committee rules preventing a public release, like the government would have to review 41,000 hours for privacy, blur faces or whatever. And the department that does that would stonewall.
That makes a lot of sense. I don't agree they should have to do all that, but I can see how those concerns would hold things up. Hopefully they do just hand over the tapes eventually.
