It's fucking amazing. There is a large percentage of the population that simply cannot entertain an idea that they disagree with. They have to transform the proposition into something that they can understand, which is typically a simple inversion of their own idea.
I've seen almost no direct support for Putin here or anywhere else; mostly along the lines of "if I have to root for someone, I'd rather root for this guy" or straight-up irony. Yet the Ukraine-bots are incapable of understanding this.
One can be against the US getting involved in this without supporting Russia.
