Is there a name for this kind of phenomenon? Bringing further attention to something (black national anthem) for a detail that truly doesn't matter (omg, lip-syncing and staging death), effectively looking past the initial problem?
Because she is actually right. It doesn't matter! The deed is done. She was given a platform to act out on the most-watched tv event of the year with a separate "national anthem." Leftists rejoice in the artistic direction regardless of live singing. Right-ists either don't watch or do rage-watch and make critiques that then become these articles. Why not just stay focused on the real issue: that people are propagating this separate "national anthem."
