"we are sorry, this was never allowed by our policies. one of our woke employees [name] did this and nobody stopped them, it was approved by [names] then when the backlash hit, it came to the attention of a higher executive [name] who decided to reverse the decision for [honest reasons]. The person responsible for the ban has been fired. Company policy now explicitly states that no users may be banned for guilt-by-association, and doing so improperly is a fireable offense."
