Well, property would be handled the way that Socialists handle property, and a whole slew of the Black Nationalist movement originates from efforts to foment a black-racialist-socialist state in the Southern US.
None of that is really different than any amount of National Socialist framework, there's just no Germania that's smaller than Germany under German National Socialism.
The Black Nationalists I've met are devout Muslims though. Maybe not the only kind. NatSoc have a complicated relationship with religion, but it's not a religious state. Whereas I feel like the Muslims would give it primacy in their state.
Are they actual Muslims, or NOI followers. Devout Muslims, sure, that's a whole different thing.
Nation Of Islam? None of them are Muslims and would be executed as heretics in a Muslim country. The NOI is a cult espousing a black version of "Aryanism" that the NatSoc's worshiped and institutionalized.
