Amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations: An Annotated Guide ? Brownstone Institute
Amendments to the IHR place the WHO as having rights overriding that of individuals, erasing basic principles developed after WW2 regarding human rights and sovereignty of States.
A very long and indepth summary of the "recent changes" that the WHO has made it itself.
The only consolation is that they are structurally wildly incompetent.
Sounds communist.
Sounds like bureaucracy.
If anything in any of these new regulations and that new WHO Pandemic Treaty violates the U.S. Constitution then those portions theoretically can be rendered void and non binding by the U.S. SCOTUS.
Based on existing legal precedent the U.S. Constitution generally reserves the power to handle public health issues to the states under the tenth amendment.
Remember how in January of 2022, the unconstitutional OSHA vaccine mandate was struck down by SCOTUS because they ruled that OSHA doesn't have that power.
WHO tyranny in the IHR amendments and new pandemic treaty should be technically shot down as long we keep the majority on SCOTUS.
Hard to feel fully confident in SCOTUS with how squishy the three new Trump appointees are.
that is wildly optimistic, and given recent events, naive.
This means they can be executed/traded for foreign reserve currency since they're foreign espionage agents now.
Cool.
On one hand, countries can just ignore the WHO when the time comes even if they voted to pass these amendments. We know that Trump would tell them to get fucked, for example.
And we know that a Democrat would happily go along with all of this even if the amendments don't pass.
But I still think it's a big deal. It means more money going towards surveillance and censorship efforts that are already out of control. It means more money for gain of function research. Basically just more money and effort being put towards everything globohomo related.
I don't know how anyone can not be blackpilled at this point. I hate saying that but they just don't let up and people are too preoccupied to care.
