The projection of light is a common method of speech. I guess you could argue that just as you may yell but you may not use a bullhorn, the method of projection matters. it seems to me as an unregulatable thing. Unless you're going to argue it's light pollution.
But what property right of yours are they violating? You don't generally get to stop people from generating light. Like I said, concept of pollution aside.

Maybe someone doesn't want his property to be used for messages he doesn't like, whether it is "Jews are awful" or "Jews are cool".
