It's true. I'm not one of those to go yelling about christcucks, but one thing that I think disturbed me about "the faithful" is how much energy they spent on the wellbeing of people around the globe when there were poor people right at home. Which isn't to say that Christians are ungenerous. What I perceived is that certain foreign charity was perceived as prestigious. It broadcast less virtue to help out the guy under the bridge.
It says a lot about it when I was surprised to see that the church we attend actually sends missionaries out into the US, not just the regions beyond. Granted I think more and more every day that our church is a huge exception in that they actually preach, teach, and follow the Word.
