LUG (Lesbian Until Graduation) and BUG (Bi etc.). It's been a recognized phenomenon at least as far back as the 90s.

Nothing a college student says reflects any reality, including their own. They'll say and do anything if it means getting attention and validation. These polls are meaningless attempts to demoralize.
