There is value in being taught by an instructor, depending of course on the instructor themselves and the amount of nonsense you have to put up with from the school. Whether that value is worth the cost of tuition is another question, and it depends a lot on how much you want/need a piece of paper saying that you know the stuff. I'm doing a master's degree right now for employment reasons, but if it was pure interest I'd stick to Youtube videos and the like.

I totally agree. Im saying if math ever gets phased out those who were motivated could supplement their learning.
