The solution is a parallel economy along with massive in-group bias for conservatives in every aspect of your life.

Basically, adopt ideological solidarity on par with blacks and Jews.

"anti discrimination" laws keep this from being possible except at such a small scale you stay under the radar

and the IRS hits anyone who dares to both have a significant business presence AND is politically active in opposition to the regime
