I used to work in HR. If I did today I would definitely throw away resumes with pronouns, if they had social media showing them at a blm rally or something, if they called themselves an activist. People really will put that stuff on resumes so that’s an easy filter
The question is whether the HR workers of today filter for those kind of things, not against. Then again its all an AI doing the first level of filtering, and AI is always being tuned to cater to genetic dead ends.
