Any good artist is looking into AI and incorporating it into their work flow, those twitter whiners will see what's coming when the good artists can do all. I am into programming, I learn some new languages all the time or I at least get the general gist of it, why? Because I don't want to be left behind. The anti Ai artists are what are gonna be left behind.

There exists the tentative prospect. I am not beyond incorporating it if it were trained on my own work and assets. I have previously voiced a particular dislike of troon devs setting the table on this however, and it would have to be stripped. I have other reasons, but that is an entire lecture. I don't think it's just bad artists with qualms about this.

It isn't so much getting left behind as much as it is battling websites who exist because of artists on their automatic opt-in/no opt-out. It is a mutual dependance and I think places like artstation have done the artist wrong.
There is no real good comparison between art and a hell of a lot else, but if I were go draw one I'd liken it to a widescale unconsentual grab of whatever passes for copyrighted work in programming and an incorporation into that horrendous drag and drop style of programming - I forget the term, but even that would be insufficient to describe what is going on here.
Frankly that disgusts me, but hey, give unironic commies a fucking inch.
That said, I hope someone makes an RJ Palmer machine that is better than him.
