You want the majority of your fat intake to be long chain saturated fats. It also helps to eat collagen, which is the modern way of doing what our ancestors did and eating the bones/skin/eyes/organs/etc.
Sounds like every weight loss "solution" ever: the moment you stop you're screwed.
Might as well go the exercise route. Can't stop that either but at least it has mental and health benefits. Probably cheaper, too.
