It's a vicious cycle- these people leave places like California and New York because of the high cost of living, then they vote for the same laws and same taxing schemes in their new location.
You should not be allowed to vote for 5-10 years after you move to a new place.
It depends. All of the conservative California transplants kept Texas from electing Beto in 2018 over Cruz. Really the gigachad move is to ban left wingers from voting, as well as banning the Democratic Party.
The battle-hardened right-wingers from Blue states can be a valuable asset, but the inherent problem of them changing the character of a place when they move in large numbers remains.
I'd like a bunch of hard-hitting right-wingers to move here to cancel out all the shitlibs who moved from Seattle, but not if it means the woods I'm surrounded by are all cleared and turned into tract housing.
