The latest legal decision involved the Texas Supreme Court failing to order the crazed pediatrician mother to return to Texas from California with Younger (the father's) son to preserve his parental rights to have a say in medical decision-making re: transitioning after his ex-wife absconded with his children to California after being awarded full custody.
There was urgency as California just enacted a law coming into effect with the new year that they would deny court requests for repatriation of children from states like Texas with laws protecting children from gender affirming abuse.
So this is a 20% Texas courts failing by not assuming malice on the side of California and 80% California should be walled off and let them eat each other.
