Socialized healthcare is only feasible in developed nations with extremely limited immigration and strictly enforced borders.

Even then it fails because Autarkey still doesn't work, and neither does Socialism.

Socialized healthcare only works in small, gay nations that have their military subsidized by the United States. Left to their own devices they would have failed decades ago.
