Vice wasn’t always left wing garbage right? I remember a few years ago they did a story on this single mom who had been working at a fast food joint for 10 years and was barely making more than minimum wage and the raises were low. Vice made it seem like the evil company was forcing her to stay there and her son was 4 so they forced her to have a child while in a bad financial situation with a dude who wasn’t around. I’m all for showing compassion and helping those in need but part of that help requires hard facts. That helped me out.
They still occasionally have some interesting stuff, but their political take on everything is noxious. The vice that was anything interesting is mostly dead.

They were always trash. Just a different sort, as I reported them for child porn to the FBI.
