It's quite possible they have T-cells with spike protein beards, same with other immune cells. Consequences could be temporary depression of immune response, autoimmune, chronic disease, or something we've never even seen before.

Spike proteins are synthesized in the blood -> Inflammatory response damages endocardium/myocardium and endothelial cells (blood vessels) -> Heart and vessels try to patch up the damage with fibrin, i.e. fibrosis -> Heart and vessels become stiff
