Doesn't change the fact that they aren't educators. They literally don't educate. They manage. What a dumb comment.
Superintendents control the actual educators....................? Can you not connect the dots here or is this just dum dum semantics?
Of course it's semantics. The entire complaint is "well, the superintendents aren't the actual teachers", and while that's true, it's still a step in the right direction. Hopefully at least.
They set the tone, mission, and policies for every employee and student in their districts. Most are former educators themsleves who saw bigger money to be made in school administration.
