There literally unequivocally is, there's just question over intent. The legal definition of genocide has been crossed a while ago.
Why do you think the UN suddenly wants to repeal the Rome Statute on "persecution of a gender"? We have a case against them. We just need someone to file it and a court women haven't corrupted to hear it.
No you don't. Even if I agreed to your premise, you still don't. That's like saying Donald Trump has a case against the New York Attorney General's office. Even though he does, he doesn't.
You might as well say you have a case against the UN Peacekeeping Forces raping children, if you take it to the International Criminal Court.
Or that Count Dankula has a case against the Scottish Police.
Or that January 6th Defendants have a case for the violation of their 4th and 5th amendment rights.
