The OP is misrepresenting it. The speech was an attack on leaders and journalists who condemned Qatar and turned it into a rallying point for their own personal agendas.
He's attempting to defend the regime while using leftist Idpol talking points to deflect, and accuse the West of "hypocrisy"...
