You can still buy real wood furniture, but most people buy particle board/plywood furniture because it's all they can reasonably afford.
I suspect that, if these people are able to hold this global supply chain thing together long enough to enact their vision (and it's not clear they will be able to) it will be something like that. It will become increasingly difficult/expensive to buy meat that hasn't been cut with some sort of filler material like insect or soy protein.
Just like it's difficult to find food that doesn't use some sort of processed seed oil or corn syrup, and when you do find it you pay a premium for it.
