I'm trying to think of a 'franchise' still give a fuck about but coming up blank, anime doesn't count as way too nebulous and individual series don't count as I watch the shows but hardly read the Manga.
Thanks to Hollywood I think I'm mostly done with Western entertainment, the odd show might pop up like Reacher but other than that got the old stuff like Batman the animated series on physical media so why waste my time of a half asked Chinese knockoff?
True, the thing none Japanese related I've been looking forward to is that Kane Pixels Backroom series he's doing, still can't believe a 17 year old made that, it's backhanding studios in terms of quality.
