And those people will be standing against you whenever you try to do anything that they find impolite or uncivilized or "as bad as them!"

They will never be on your side because they still think we are in disagreement territory, instead of open "culture war." They are the reason why the Left went nearly unopposed for almost a decade (and thereby rooted in every institution) until the "MAGA types" had to force a change.
