Like what? Well, ok, wage gap exists. Of course it would. You can't expect men and women to make exactly the same amount of money, and there are obvious reasons men make more. But it's a real thing.
The whole issue with the claim is that they claim womenz are paid less for the same work. That is not debatable. It's a big lie as fat as the average feminist that makes it.

Well terms have definitions and as defined the wage gap does not exist
Men earn more, they're not payed more. Women are less likely to ask for promotions, work overtime, and they often settle on a job for longer times than men.
In a grocery store, a man will either leave eventually or work his way up to HR or management. A woman will just happily stay as a cashier.
