He has been attacking Trump and DeSantis and delusionally plans on running for President in 2024.

He won't ever get the nomination because he is planning on running in the REPUBLICAN primary.

The assclown governor of Maryland is a Republican and one of the biggest RINOs to exist outside of gov Sununu in NH, gov Baker in MA and gov Cox in UT.
