You're really shocked by this? They decided to hire a bunch of alphabet-mafia members including one who was fired by riot for being "too left" (riot the same company that advertised planned parenthood on their children's video game streams mere hours after roe v wade got overturned) and tried to weaponize nostalgia instead of presenting a quality product. If anything you should be shocked that this lasted as long as it did, as without said nostalgia factor it would've died in a matter of WEEKS.
