That's linked within the OP's link and dismissed as the propaganda of the flag-in-bio crowd, but I think its accurate - not only from a visual comparison, but from the simple fact that the bracelet contains a more hindu form of swastika, alongside a valknut, Thor's hammer, Yggdrasil and various other germanic/nordic/anglo pagan symbols. If you were truly going to propagandize, you wouldn't pick this bracelet, because it's really not much better.
Its clear to me that Ukraine's Nazis are driven primarily by hatred of Russia, and are gravitating to whatever iconography repulses the Russians most, with little care for the fact that the actual nazis would have viewed them all as an inferior bloodline.
