Probably not testosterone but MAO-A 'warrior gene' on X chromosome. 5% of black men have it full force so 10% or more of black women should have at least one copy at maybe half the effect - where the 'sassy' black women stereotype comes from, lots of black women with little self control but not so little as to murder.
It determines violence/aggression/irritability type traits in all mammals studied and in humans the amount of expression is strongly correlated to severity of violent crime in prisoners. 1/50th as much of the most violent variant in whites, and zero in asians. It's been studied, it's science. People aren't blank slates.
It's also why race is such a polarizing issue, because if you're a wealthy liberal only around successful blacks they're just normal functional people and that's all you see, but these small percent of blacks are so terrible that if you look at overall numbers or have to deal with all black people like a cop you'll very quickly turn racist.

That was me to a certain extent. I wasn't wealthy growing up but I was solidly middle class with a mostly white school and neighborhood. My only experience with blacks were the wiggers in those areas. Then I got out into the world and saw minorities for what they are. For me it actually started with the Mexicans. The lower class ones are just as hateful and violent as blacks and their entitlement complex is something else. I guess that's to be expected from people who walk into someone else's country and demand free shit.
