Didn't you say that murdering men has been decriminalized in England, and that women are not held accountable for their crimes at all?
Because most likely, she won't face prison despite the overwhelming evidence against her, thanks to the laws pushed for by Rowling.
I know nothing of this case, so I can't contradict you, but I will note this as a prediction that she will not face prison.
