I already said: I don't know. There's no context so how the fuck could I even attempt to have an informed conversation about it? All I know from that dumb clip is: Trump is relaying something said to him that sounds crazy, and he laughs after saying it before it abruptly cuts off.
Maybe provide something that isn't bullshit next time if you want actual discussion?
Under what context is him saying he beats a Washington/Lincoln ticket by 40 points reasonable.
From the tiny out of context clip provided he doesn't actually say that though. He says someone told him that, he's not claiming it himself. The entire clip is just him allegedly verbally quoting John McLauchlin. That doesn't prove Trump's crazy, it calls into doubt John McLauchlin's sanity, or McLauchlin was talking about a very specific and unusual hypothetical, or even some stupid statistical anomaly.
Sure the next 30 seconds might insinuate that Trump also believes it, but you can't exactly blame people for being wary of shady edits these days.
Even if this was a joke, how does this help him with anything?

There is no scenario in which this statement is beneficial to Trump.
Under what context is him saying he beats a Washington/Lincoln ticket by 40 points reasonable.
It is an insane statement if he really meant it and a terrible unhelpful joke if he was just joking.
