Though their video tag (as here - https://www.reddit.com/r/Unexpected/comments/jd0tjr/but_why/) says "Just here to kiss your son", so let's go with... She's just... Deranged. She possibly doesn't even know up from down anymore.

These people are proud of their degeneracy. As are their parents. That is the problem...
