Granted it's mostly to deworm them but it also works as a prophylactic against covid and they know this. None of them are vaccinated and they aren't being vaccinated as a precondition to crossing the border because that's apparently illegal.

Fauci is also on video saying it's extremely effective against coronaviruses. But that was before Trump had to be removed.
