Among those in the UN today, it's much worse than even Burma which has literally always been in a civil war ever since the independence, but at least the junta has always held the capital city and there have been no foreign occupations at all. If the foreigners all left Lebanon alone and proclaimed so and it actually happened, the next week there will be just many different groups (including among the former military) all trying to kill each other everywhere.
And you know the Hezbollah would come on the top anyway.
