Good grief. HBO Max has made me start getting physical media again. I’m even tempted to get a VCR and buy vhs for cheap.

Hell, even cassette tapes are making somewhat of a comeback (yes, really), because they are exceedingly cheap, and easy for local “indie” bands to release without having to wait for vinyl presses and the like…

Cassette tape with a link to find and download the matching digital/MP3 files - that’s what a lot of these indie bands are doing now. So that’s… Interesting.
