California is actually a very "tough on crime" state at a statewide level. The whole rollback on shoplifting shit is only due to a few local DAs not enforcing the law.

Again, this is because of people who have never been to California acting like the whole state is San Francisco.

You are right. The whole state is Los Angeles. That doesnt make it a nice place to live. Anywhere.
