I don't think he's right. This is edited in a way that it's sounds like her white students should be assassinated, but she's actually saying that white Republican men should be assassinated, and she doesn't want her students to end up like that.

Here's the transcript written out:

Norris: "Well, there's a huge contingent of them [her students] that are just horrible. And you're like, 'Are you always going to be horrible or are you just going to be horrible right now?' Don't know."

Norris: "I don't know. I think they need to go."

Norris: "No, I think they're really awful people. That's kind of what I'm afraid of with my white students that are rich. [Emphasis Added] It's like, 'do you ever have to deal with this?' They are so protected by Capitalism it makes me sad."

Norris: "We need to find some, like, Dexters sort of." (laughs)

PV: "Yeah yeah, I just wanna..."

Norris: "Vigilante, taking people out." (laughs)

Along with the massive different-day edit; the fact that the PV journalist refereed to Republican white guys and not her students, and she specifically said she was afraid of those students becoming them, tells me she isn't talking about killing her own students.

She's saying that IF they grow up in to those rich white Republican men, then yes someone should kill them. But she's not saying her students should be assassinated by someone right now.

It's a subtle difference, and it doesn't make her less crazy, but it is there.
