Keep in mind, Boise had been colonized by Portland and San Francisco. It'll be interesting to see what happens with this, because the backlash is getting fierce.

Speaking of, whatever happened to the PF people? Are they still being prosecuted or has it been dropped? It was really unclear to me exactly what it was that they did that was illegal based on the news coverage at the time.
