Just by the current progress of just trying to get this launch done, looks like the US is relying on SpaceX for the foreseeable future as Russia are no longer and option and China aren't going to help them

At least in theory, Atlas and Delta production could be extended to help and the Europeans could help with Ariane. But realistically, Spacex will be the only game in town until Vulcan flies and is human rated, maybe New Glen also.
