My apology, I forgot the Russian rocket barrage on Kramatorsk deep inside the government territory (50 km from the frontlines) on February 10 of 2015, this was the last one of this kind.
Should be not confused with the crowd of refugees blown up by a Tochka at Kramatorsk railway station recently in a targeted attack on April 8. This one killed more than 50, compared to only 9 civilians killed by a volley of Tornados (Russia's newest rockets) that hugely overshot the city's airbase in 2015.
